RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Building Condition and Environmental Assessment
Responsible for the site reconnaissance, regulatory research, and report
preparation of over 2,400 environmental site assessment and building
condition reports annually for nation-wide clientele including lending
institutions, legal firms, real estate companies, general commercial
companies, heavy industries, life insurance companies, and several of the
nations largest health care corporations. Sampling and analysis of suspect
asbestos containing material, radon, potable water, EMFs, lead-based paint,
and soil and groundwater was performed when deemed necessary. Projects span
over 35 states.

Tennessee Titans Football Stadium
Environmental and Demolition Activities
Principal-in-Charge for all daily activities including site reconnaissance,
project management, surface and sub-surface sampling and analysis,
environmental report preparation, and regulatory coordination for the
acquisition of all parcels comprising the TENNFL site. Responsible for all
demolition coordination activities of the 70+ structures removed for the
stadium construction including suspect asbestos containing material sampling
and analysis. Work performed for the MDHA.

Principal-in-Charge and responsible for suspect asbestos containing material sampling and
analysis and preparation of Quick Turnaround Design (QTD) reports for over 500 buildings
located within the Ft. Campbell base, Ft. Campbell, KY. Sub to SAIC.
Nashville COE, Open-End Contract
Principal-in-Charge and responsible for suspect asbestos containing material sampling and
analysis and preparation of Quick Turnaround Design (QTD) reports for over 200 buildings
located within the Ft. Campbell base, Ft. Campbell, KY. Sub to Ensafe.
Nashville COE, Open-End Contract
Provided engineering services for open-end design contract. Notable projects involved
design for demolition and debris removal for abandoned water and wastewater treatment
plants at the former Stewart AFB, Smyrna, TN.
Nashville COE Construction Site Clearance (Stewart AFB)
Under open-end project, provided site assessment services including regulatory review,
on-site investigation for hazardous and toxic materials, and electro-magnetic surveys.
Whittemore Branch Flood Study (Nashville, TN)
Responsible for detailed survey of channel cross-sections, preparation of stormwater basin
plan, flood analysis and FEMA data summary. Work performed for Metro Public Works.
Whittemore Branch Sewer Overflow Abatement
Prepare a study to determine the need for rehabilitation or expansion of the existing
sewer system. Project scope included determining where to place flow monitoring devices,
compiling data on the projected flow of the basin, determining the capacity of the
existing sewer lines and preparing cost estimates. Work performed for Metro Water and
Sewer Services.
Paragon Mills Sewer Overflow Abatement
Prepare a study to determine the need for rehabilitation or expansion of the existing

Franklin County Transfer Station (Winchester, TN)
Project manager for the planing and design of a 65-ton per day solid waste transfer
station and material recovery facility, including compacting operation, source separation
for construction debris, and tire storage area.

Tony Sudekum/Preston Taylor Homes Drainage Study (Nashville, TN) Principal-in-Charge
and responsible for assessnt and drainage improvements for two housing communities. Work
performed for the MDHA.
Looby Heights Subdivision (Nashville, TN)
Principal-in-Charge and responsible for the site feasibility study, planning,
infrastructure design and construction administration for this 8 acre new concept in
affordable single-family housing. Work performed for a joint venture between the MDHA and
Brookside Properties.
Material Recovery Facility/Transfer Station Study (Nashville, TN)
Prepared a feasibility and site-use study for the potential use of an existing 120,000 SF
warehouse facility as a city-wide solid waste transfer station as well as a material
recovery facility (MRF) to sort post-consumer recyclable products. Work performed for a
joint venture between Steiner-Liff Iron and Metal and Metro Public Works.
Steiner-Liff Recycling/Material Recovery Facility (Nashville, TN)
Responsible for a feasibility analysis, planning and design of a low-cost, low-labor
intensive recycling/material recovery facility.
